1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okjil website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the okjil platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and okjil. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the okjil platform. okjil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use okjil, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You have not previously had an okjil account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each person may hold only one okjil account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or related household details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine contact details. okjil conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents to verify your identity before deposits, withdrawals, or continued account use are permitted.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your okjil account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by someone who gained access to your account.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access or use your okjil account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact okjil support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

okjil uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and transactions. While we take security seriously, you remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on okjil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, GCash, Maya, and domestic bank transfer. okjil does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or wagering.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. okjil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals are processed to Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets verified under your account name. You may only withdraw to payment methods that match the verified identity on your okjil account. Before withdrawals can be processed, KYC verification must be complete.

• okjil reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• Funds that originated from a specific deposit method may be subject to return to the same method before further withdrawal.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity at okjil is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or market. These rules govern how bets are placed, how results are determined, and how winnings are calculated.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Results are settled according to official results from the relevant sporting body or game provider. In live casino, the outcome determined by the live dealer is final.
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including disconnection during a live session — okjil will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable game rules. okjil is not liable for losses caused by connection failures on the player's side.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment methods, or a compromised account will be void and the associated winnings forfeited.
• okjil reserves the right to void bets or suspend markets in cases of obvious pricing error, match-fixing, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the event.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

okjil may offer promotional bonuses, credits, or other incentive programs from time to time. Where such offers are available, the specific terms governing each promotion — including any applicable wagering requirements, expiry conditions, or eligible game restrictions — will be communicated at the point the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the specific offer.
• okjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through multiple account registration, coordinated play, or other methods designed to circumvent promotional conditions — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• okjil does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

okjil is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is for entertainment only and is strictly available to players aged 21 and above. No gaming outcome is guaranteed, and no strategy eliminates the mathematical house edge present in all games and betting markets.

• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the specified period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at okjil and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potentially legal action:

• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting scheme.
• Funding your account through unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods.
• Using the okjil platform for any money laundering or related illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account with, or playing on behalf of, any third party.

okjil employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time. Where prohibited conduct is identified, okjil may freeze accounts, reverse transactions, and report activity to relevant authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues, delayed payments, or any reliance on information presented on the okjil website.

okjil does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. okjil will endeavor to minimize disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

The okjil platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Participation in gaming and betting carries inherent financial risk. You accept that financial losses are possible when using the platform and that okjil is not responsible for those losses.

10 Governing Law & Disputes
